“ Hurricane Milton continues to intensify this evening… The NOAA Hurricane Hunters are in the storm currently, and they have found pressure down to 898 millibars. This would make Hurricane Milton the second deepest hurricane on record in the Gulf. It only trails Hurricane Rita (2005) with a pressure of 895 millibars. This is a very very dangerous hurricane folks. It’s not very often we get sub 900 millibar readings in the Atlantic basin. ?
